Event Marquee Hire
White Tent Events specialise in providing marquees for large events, such as balls run by schools, clubs, societies or charities for fund raising purposes.
We can supply marquees and all other associated equipment to seat anything up to 600 people. We are used to meeting and providing support to organising committees, many of which are made up of volunteers who have never been involved in organising such events before and who want peace of mind that everything will be OK so that they can personally enjoy the event. We get many repeat bookings from groups who hold events on the recommendation of previous organisers.
The choices available from White Tent Events for balls are similar to parties but typically on a bigger scale with greater formality. The internal layout within the marquee is particularly important where there are large numbers attending to ensure that the ball is a memorable experience for everyone. We can certainly help in this area and will provide internal layout drawings if required.
