Thinking of hiring a marquee in Surrey?

If you are looking to hire a marquee in Surrey for your wedding this summer, we thought we would walk you through the main steps to do this.
The first step is to choose a location for your marquee. Many of our customers chose to host their wedding in their own garden. At white Tent Events we try to be as flexible as we possibly can, around the customer’s needs. Generally we can produced a plan to install a marquee into almost any garden shape or size.
If you garden is not an option, we regularly install wedding marquees into a number of venues in and around Surrey. We can happily offer advice about hirable venues.
Once you have selected a venue, the next stage is to arrange a site survey (these are free of charge with no obligation to book with us). A site visit gives the customer the opportunity to show us the site and convey their vision for their perfect wedding. It also enables us to show the customer what we are able to supply and potentially give them some more ideas and options.
From the site visit we are then able to provide the customer with a bespoke, itemised quote with all the equipment they require. We are able to tailor the quotes to most budgets, due to the wide variety of equipment we hold in stock. We offer one point of contact from the first initial phone call to the installation of the marquee prior to the wedding.
